ABoR: Residential Sale Addendums

Upon completion of this course the real estate license holder will understand when to use the correct addendum. Additionally, the license holder will have an in-depth knowledge of why the addendums are used. They will be able to convey to their clients the importance of these forms for legal aspects and clauses and how they relate to the One-Four Family Contract paragraphs.
