This class provides the real estate licensee with real estate market research and valuation tools that consumers can access online. The class covers how REALTORS® Property Resource® (RPR) tools help real estate buyers and sellers make informed decisions, as well as learn the pros and cons of automated valuation models (AVM), and how they obtain and calculate data. This class will educate real estate licensees on how to leverage their specific expertise in RPR tools to benefit clients and customers before, during, and after the real estate transaction.
