Broker Responsibility addresses the regulatory aspects of a real estate brokerage’s management, operation, and supervision in Texas. This course is required for anyone who sponsors one or more sales agents, serves as the designated broker for a business entity that sponsors sales agents, and delegated supervisors, including team leads.
