The 2023 legislature is a wrap – sort of. Special sessions continue, and the fighting over a number of issues, especially property tax relief continues. However significant real property legislation did pass and most avoided the Governor’s vetoes. This presentation will focus on new legislation, mostly effective September 1, that will affect real estate practice and required disclosures, land use, condominiums, and property owner associations.
