Course Description: A discussion as to the distinction between TRECs fiduciary and competency obligations for brokers versus the standards of practice and lending guidelines to which appraisers are held. Demonstrations of appraisal valuation techniques and best practices for data integrity in the MLS. Questions will be answered throughout the presentation.
