Course Description: Knowing the market that your selling is crucial when representing a client. Using the One to Four Residential Family Contract as a guide, agents will explore ways and use tools to develop their geographic competency in and around their preferred real estate market. Students will be introduced to the best practices and online resources to research tax, water conservation districts, septic, propane service areas and planning & development information. Agents will also learn how use Realtor Property Resource to conduct research on market activity, demographics, tax rates, school zone, school ratings, and flood zones. The information gathered from this course will complement the agents boots on the ground experience and improve their competency while serving their client.
