Course Description: As agents and brokers, we are tasked with helping the consumers price their property to list or price a desirable property in order to make a viable offer. When learning about pricing, professionals need to understand how appraisers affect the pricing. Understanding the relationship between price and value will help agents and brokers to serve their clients to the best of their ability. This class will aid in helping agents and brokers to serve their clients or a slow market. Realtors will learn how to set expectations and provide explanations, to both the principals and their agents/brokers. Furthermore, they will be able to negotiate without having to make concessions.
